ph97 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from technical faults, system outages, or connectivity failures; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind; (c) losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security; (d) losses attributable to actions of third-party game providers or payment processors; or (e) interruptions to service caused by events outside ph97's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.
ph97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) regulatory direction from PAGCOR; (d) player request for self-exclusion; or (e) inability to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
Upon account termination for cause, ph97 may withhold account balances pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days.
Players may close their ph97 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, remaining real-money balances will be refunded following identity verification. Bonus credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
